With this project, it was important that the faces of the subjects were the heroes of the publication. This is why the decision was made to keep the portraits seperate from the interviews.

As a reader, you are invited to flip through the photo album in order to see the faces of artists, photographers, designers, musicians and curators that are helping to drive creativity in Nottingham. You can match the interview to the face with the A1 interview sheet unfolded and open through the numbering system. 

Every interview and portrait had been completed between the months of September and November, 2022 providing a snapshot in time for groups and individuals in Nottingham practicing their craft.
